Let me be honest with you about something.

We are not terribly bright yet. And we are deeply, deeply emotional creatures.

That’s not an insult. That’s an observation. And if you can’t hear that without getting defensive, you just proved the point.

Here’s what I know after years of building teams, coaching leaders, and watching how people actually make decisions: the most dangerous thing in the world right now isn’t a lack of information. It’s too much of it with no filter, no discernment, and no ability to tell what’s real.

We are swimming in a sea of toxic information. AI-generated videos of coaches, politicians, public figures saying things they never said. And people are in the comments responding to it like it’s real. Resharing it. Getting outraged by it. Building entire belief systems on top of something that never happened.

And here’s the thing it’s not even about being fooled. It’s about the story. If your story about someone already fits the narrative, you don’t even stop to check. You don’t want to check. Because checking might mean you’re wrong.
Meanwhile, academia is still charging you a quarter million dollars to teach you things this phone can teach you in two minutes.

We are in the age of conceptualization now. It’s not what you know that makes you valuable. It’s knowing what to do with what you know. That’s it. That’s the whole game.

And most people are still playing the old one.
